You don’t have a second chance to make a first impression with a buyer, therefore your property needs to be presented perfectly from the moment it goes on the market. Presenting your property will create a lifestyle your buyer will fall in love with and showcase its potential.

Consultation and Partial Hire Service

We will look at your property through the eyes of a buyer and assist you in presenting it to the highest standard, utilising your own items and adding occasional pieces of furniture, soft furnishings and detail items as required. Sometimes it can be as simple as a new doona cover and fresh flowers and sometimes it may take a little more.

We would be delighted to provide you with a quote for this service based on the size of your property.

Complete Presentation Service

We will look at the location and style of your property and present it appropriately and individually. We are not a “package” furniture hire company. Your property is individual and we will furnish it accordingly.

Our pricing is based on the number of rooms you require to be presented–

Apartment – 1 Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living/dining, outside living – from $1795.00
Apartment – 2 Bedroom, bathroom, ensuite, kitchen/living/dining, outside living – from $2095.00
House – 3 Bedroom, bathroom, ensuite, kitchen/living/dining, outside living – from $2495.00
